Once appilcation is received, an Invoice will be sent with minimum payment of 50% required within 10 days of all application approvals. Returning Exhibitors must register by January 9th to hold the same spot as last year. Space will be released if deposit does not arrive within 10 days of invoice.


As soon as your application is received we will contact you with space availibility.

Booth Cost

SINGLE 8' deep X 9' 6" wide = $495
Corners add $50.
3' sidewall, 8' back drape, and 500 watt power connection provided.

RV Bulk Space Rate

INSIDE = $2.05 sq.ft.
OUTSIDE = $1.10 sq. ft.

Part 2: Sponsor Choices & Guest Speaker Opportunities

Option 1: $450 (2 Spots Remaining)
Your Company Flyer (you provide up to size 8.5 x 11 inches) or Promo Item will be inserted into every Show Bag handed out at the Main Show Entrance by our staff.

Option 2: $500 Per Day (4 Spots Remaining)
Description: Sponsor ONE of FOUR Exhibitor Lunches held daily in the exhibitor lounge. Client may provide banners, flyers, or other promotion materials to be distributed with the lunch, all professionally handled by our staff. Catering and food service included.

Option 3: $750 (per 2000) Bags (1 Spot Remaining)
Your Company Bag (Client Provides Minimum size of 12 x 15 inch Bags) handed out at the Main Entrance by our staff.

Option 4: $750 (1 Spot Remaining)
Your 10x12 Display OR Company Vehicle will occupy the covered exterior apron in front of the ticket office at the Main Entrance of the show.

Option 5: $1500 & Up (2 Spots Remaining)
Your Company Logo will be included in Event Advertising and all show related materials.

Option 6: Please contact us for pricing (1 Spots Remaining)
Your Company could become our "Complimentary Ticket" sponsor, with logo insertion as well as voiceover mention in all event advertising. Your company Website will be also be listed as one of the "GO TO" sites where "First 1000, On-Line Only, Complimentary Admission Tickets" can be obtained.
